 To start with, I am a divergent thinker.  Therefore I should not measure myself against the masses.  There are a few of us out there and although we don't fit in, we do have our own abilities to make a difference in this world.

My purpose is the converge the whole human race into ONE TRIBE.  That was the task given to me.  You better believe that I had done my level best to make it happen.  So if the Flight Path is not cutting it, I am not to be blamed.

In this scenario, I am the Visionary Leader.  I shared my vision of the ASICS Citizens of Sparta 4964.  That turned out to be the vision of the Post-Scarcity Society.  In that case, I am not a mere visionary, I am a Trailblazer. The Universe Within is the same as the External Universe.  Hence, if I am successful as an individual, I am also successful as a collective. 

What are the hindrances for me to achieve ONE TRIBE?  Nothing, everything is possible.  Given enough time any destination can be reached.  While I am accountable for my effort, I cannot control the result.  I had done my bit.  So I don't need to worry if the vision is attainable.  That is not within my scope.  My job is to paint the vision for people to see.  Whether they take it is up to them,  Just like Alvin Toffler is instrumental in painting the scenario of the future.  He has no control over it.  The same with Michio Kaku, he can suggest a cut-off date for the use of fossil fuel, but he can't dictate the terms.  It all depends on the readiness of the masses and the dynamics of the thought leaders. 

True enough that there are challenges that we all have to face.  We can only change the world one person at a time.  At the very least I as an individual take that steps.  At [] (the) onset, it makes a difference to me and my community.  Hopefully, the Hologram Effect will take over and pretty soon by using the Twin Dragon Fractal Geometry and the Power of Binary, we can reach the masses pretty quickly.  Let's say I can influence the top one percent of the population.  That will cascade down to the two percent and then the four percent.  Within less than a year, we can already cover more than one million population.  Do the maths...

At least there is a model we can follow.  The vision went through seven years of Vision Alignment.  That is the longest Vision Alignment to the best of my knowledge.  Should we fail, it is out of inaction, not because of failure in communication.  I made sure that the cascading happens at a very early stage.  So failure is not an option.  I personally am instrumental in overseeing that the teams are world-class professionals.  I even personally talked to the world leaders.  Thus, the bird is in their hands.  They can squeeze it to death or they can set it free to soar.  

My final word on ONE TRIBE is ubuntu - “I am a person through other people. My humanity is tied to yours.” Either we become ONE TRIBE or we don't survive as a species because we are the only species on Earth that can change the fate of the other species.
