5/10/23 *** It's better that I remain in isolation

 That way I am free to think and act as an observer.  The goal of the day is to quit Nicotine Gum.  I better exit when I still can.  Cigarette is a lot easier.  I know it is dangerous.  With Nicotine Gum, it hurts the pocket and it is bad for the microbiome.  

However, right now, I rather chew Nicorette than smoke cigarettes.  Nothing good comes out of smoking.  But Nicorette is expensive.  Better Nicorette than nothing.

Think, "I want to quit cigarettes,"  then only think about how to quit Nicorette.  The only way is cold turkey.  Sooner or later I need to have a cutoff point.  Why not cut off now and use Black Coffee as the crutch?

Right, the sooner I move away from Nicotine the better.  I'm sure of that.  So my NRT is Black Coffee and Hacks.  Let's do it.  Let's quit Nicotine Gum today.

Postscript Note:  Can't do that yet.  I gradually quit Nicorette by Christmas.
